If a board warps, a post leans, a gate sags, or anything does not perform the way it should as a result of how it was installed, we come back and fix it at no charge. We have been building fences and decks in Raleigh since 2005 and our reputation depends on standing behind our work.
WHAT IS COVERED
Our workmanship guarantee covers every element of the installation we perform. Here is exactly what is included.
If any part of your fence or deck fails because of how it was installed — not because of weather or outside damage — we fix it at no cost. Posts, boards, panels, fasteners, and framing are all covered.
Gates that sag, swing wrong, or no longer latch properly due to installation are covered. We re-hang, re-level, and adjust gate hardware as needed at no charge.
Every fence section and deck board we install must be level and plumb within tolerance. If any section fails this standard after installation, we correct it.
If a board splits, a post cracks, or a panel breaks because of how it was handled or set during installation, that is on us. We replace it.
We guarantee your property is left clean after every job. If we miss something, call us and we come back to finish the cleanup.
If you contact us about a warranty issue, we respond within one business day and schedule a return visit within a reasonable timeframe. You will never be ignored.
HONEST TRANSPARENCY
We believe in being straight with you. Our guarantee covers everything we can control. Here is what falls outside it and why.

Damage caused by high winds, fallen trees, flooding, hail, or other weather events is not covered under our workmanship guarantee. These are acts of nature outside our control. We are happy to provide repair quotes for storm-damaged fences.
Damage caused by vehicles, vandalism, third parties, or modifications made by anyone other than our team is not covered.
Wood fences will gray, shrink, and check over time as natural wood does. These are characteristics of the material, not installation failures. Proper sealing and maintenance by the homeowner helps prevent premature aging.
If you or another contractor modify, repair, or add to the work we completed without our involvement, we cannot guarantee the original installation was not affected.

Yes. Most of the vinyl, aluminum, and composite materials we install carry their own manufacturer warranties. We document these for you at project completion so you have both warranties on file.
